The Home Depot is the world’s largest home improvement retailer with nearly 400,000 orangeblooded associates and more than 2,200 stores in the U.S., Canada and Mexico And they are in need of work from home agents!
CSPs who meet ALL of the following requirements during the Certification SOW will earn an additional $290.00
(paid in the second service revenue payment in May):
• Successfully certify and complete the Certification SOW
• Service a minimum of 100 hours (200 intervals) during the Certification SOW, which runs from 03/23/23 – 05/15/23, including a minimum of 10 hours (20 intervals) per week
What to Expect On a day-to-day basis, businesses can expect to participate in the following activities:
• Inbound sales, customer service and store support
• Assisting customers with product questions •Placing new orders
• Handling existing orders - returns/ replacements • Provide store-specific support
• Contacting vendors for shipping information
