Important update for turbo tax CSP's
Re: Notification of Starmatic Removal & Re-Posting for the weeks of 2/12/23 - 2/18/23and 2/19/23 - 2/25/23

If you have been servicing on the Intuit TurboTax Programs lately, you may have been surprised by the light contact volume given that the country is well within the Tax Filing season.
The lower volumes are assumed to be a result of the IRS asking millions of taxpayers in 22 states including California, Colorado, and Florida, who received tax rebates last year, to hold off on filing their taxes. The IRS is seeking to clarify whether those tax rebates and special refunds are considered taxable income. Additional clarity is expected as early as next week – but the volume forecasts from Intuit have been impacted and reduced.
This lower volume is being felt across all companies that Intuit partners with, and impacts Intuit PS Phone_Video and Intuit PS Chat_Phone Video
As a result of these reductions in volume, Starmatic intervals starting THIS Sunday 2/12 must be pulled down, reforecast, and re-released. No intervals will be carried across to the new release and you must log in to re-select intervals.

Shortly, today Friday, February 10th all intervals will be removed for all days in the weeks of 2/12/23 - 2/18/23 and 2/19/23 - 2/25/23.
Reforecast intervals for the week of 2/12-2/18/23 will be released at 7pm EST today, Friday, February 10, 2023.
All preselect categories will have the same initial date/time/intervals associated to allow the opportunity to re-select initial intervals.
Max caps will release tomorrow, Saturday, February 11, 2023, at 12 noon EST.
Reforecast intervals for the week of 2/19/23 - 2/25/23 will be released on Tuesday, 2/14/2023.
All preselect categories will have the same initial date/time/intervals associated to allow the opportunity to re-select initial intervals.
Max caps will release at 12 noon EST on Wednesday, 2/15/2023.
We understand that this an inconvenience and we sincerely apologize. We will continue to work with Intuit so that changes such as these are limited or better yet, do not occur again throughout the tax season.
