Accessing the Virtual Classroom Experience:
1. Log into the Portal using your credentials provided during your onboarding session
2. Go to the “My Programs” Portal Home Page
3. Select the Client Program that you are enrolled into and select “Virtual Classroom” icon
4. You will be taken directly to the virtual classroom (hosted via Zoom)
To ensure you are successful, please be advised that you could be dropped from this certification course for various reasons, including failure to show up to class on Day One or not participating in Virtual Class activities. If you are dropped from a class and you want to service a program, you will have to enroll in a new opportunity - no exceptions.
Reminder:
Please make sure to access the course using the Edge browser on thinscale. You must use a VOIP headset connected to your computer for our sessions and or a phone to dial out with.
How to access the Class Room in Thinscale:
If you can please attend class Monday, 31 October inside of Thinscale.
You do this by click on VMWware Horizon icon.
Please check your personal emails for further instructions.
If you are not able to access thinscale come to class from your windows desktop via the Portal.
