When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to other CPS who also need assistance.
If cancellation is necessary, please direct messsge or call your recruiter to advise, or utilize the self service option through wix portal app to cancel and reschedule your own appointment. This is the best way to cancel / reschedule or provide an update.
In the ideal circumstance 24hrs in advance is sufficient time to cancel your appointment. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another CSP access to that appointment time.
Running late not sure what you should do?
We welcome your calls. Please call us at 856-267-0551 between the hours of 9am-7pm est . If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message. We will return your call as soon as possible. We understand you may not have time to text , email or access the app in the case of unforeseen circumstances. However A good old fashioned phone call is always acceptable.
No Call - No-Shows is a No! No! :
A no-show is when a CSP misses an appointment without cancelling or calling and without answering a follow up call from the office within 24 hours. Our recruiters shouldn't show up to meeting request without any notice of cancellation or communication from you this is a mutual effort. Unfortunately if this is the case, you will be required to get approval prior to re-scheduling another appointment.
