As you prepare to begin certification, there is some important information that you need to know.
All classes are Eastern Time
Certification is comprised of a combination of Self-Paced and Virtual Instructor-Led learning.
There is some pre-work for you to complete prior to Day One - which you will gain access to prior to Day 1 of class.
Instructions to access your learning are below.
Accessing Pre-Work and Self-Paced Learning:
Your learning journey will be tracked via Accelerate which is the Learning Management System on the Platform.
Upon successful enrollment you will receive access to Accelerate 3 days before Day 1 of certification.
1. Log into the Platform Portal using your credentials from the access party 🎉
2. Go to the “My Programs” tab on the Platform Portal Home Page
3. Select the Client Program that you are enrolled in and select the “Self-Paced” icon
4. This brings you to the Okta Log In screen. Re-enter your credentials
5. You will be brought to Accelerate
6. Watch the Welcome Video
7. Complete all assigned Pre-Work prior to Day One of certification
All pre-work needs to be completed prior to Day One of certification. All other self-paced learning will be assigned weekly and must be completed on time to successfully move forward during certification. Your instructor will cover this in more detail during the certification course.
Accessing the Virtual Classroom Experience:
1. Log into the Platform Portal using your credentials from the access party 🎉
2. Go to the “My Programs” tab on the Platform Portal Home Page
3. Select the Client Program that you are enrolled into and select “Virtual Classroom” icon
4. You will be taken directly to the virtual classroom (hosted via Zoom)
To ensure you are successful, please be advised that you could be dropped from this certification course for various reasons, including failure to show up to class on Day One, not completing self-paced work on time, not participating in Virtual Class activities, not showing up to class consistently, or missing multiple days in a row. If you are dropped from a class and you want to service a program, you will have to enroll in a new opportunity - no exceptions.
