• Current CSP will be eligible for the referral payment when the referral does the following below.
1. Joins LSTB on group, Sucessfully select Interview with "Valerie" who will be the point of contact for all Csp referrals. The referral must pass their skill test between July 1, 2022, and October 31, 2022
2. Must Enroll in their first certification class between September 1, 2022, and October 31,
2022
3. Must work a total of 30 hours by 12/31/2022
• Referral payment of $250 will be made at the completion of the servicing requirement
