Good afternoon – thank you to all who have signed up to service additional hours through this Saturday on the Coach program. Due to an overwhelming need, I am happy to announce that we are extending the incentive through Tuesday, 12/13. While the incentive remains large unchanged, there are some slight differences.
Please note – this incentive is only being offered to top performing agents. (Please check your email ) While we will extend the incentive to the general population if needed, our goal is for top performing agents to maximize their earning potential because of your amazing contributions and performance. Once the incentive extends, your opportunity will reduce so do not wait.
Kickoff Qualifiers:
1 Pick up and service an incremental 8 hours between Sunday 12/11 and Tuesday, 12/13 – that’s an average of 2.67 hours per day. To lock in a premium award amount – deliver as follows:
2 You cannot drop any of the hours scheduled Wed through Saturday
Keep in mind, Premium Rate Group 2 represents the sum total of the payout amount. As an example, if you are eligible for rate group 1 and the base rate is $12/hr, the total hourly payout for the days qualified will be $17 per hour. If you qualify for rate group 2 with a base of $12/hr, the total hourly payout for the eligibile days will be $19 per hour.
